Design is a team effort! When Renee joins your team, she’s there to help translate your design and decor ideas into a functional and beautiful space.

Our comprehensive approach focuses on working with the whole team: architects, builders, manufacturers, and sub contractors. Communication is essential to ensure all our design decisions result in a finished project that reflects your individuality, style, and honors your property.

Renee brings over 20 years of design experience and passion to every project. Her career began at a leading San Francisco design firm, recognized as one of the top companies in the country. She then worked as the Senior Interior Designer at the largest design build firm in Boulder, Colorado. In 2014, Renee launched 3zero3 Design to produce memorable, highly defined interiors directly to her clients.

To start, we work through a series of images and samples.
Once we have your approval on the images and samples, we then build all the specifications. For projects with cabinetry, we generate floor plans and elevations. While each project has different needs, most end up with images, specifications, and plans. If renderings are needed, we can coordinate those to give you a 3d sense of the finished space.
Nope! There are lots of options of fixtures and finishes. We have experience with many price levels and can guide you for whatever your budget may be.
Interior designers can handle all the specification details –fixtures, tile, cabinetry layouts, paint colors, etc. Many times interior designers can work on these items while architects are finalizing construction details and permitting, which helps your project move ahead faster.
